It can be manual, or a program like SpiderBomb can do it, if you have a good linking structure. SpiderBomb outputs in Fatbomb format, which is what RZZ uses.

Google site maps can probably be converted, etc.

You would use multiple pheeds if you have different niches or if the RSS files become too big, or a variety of other reasons.

The point being, you want to have a database containing links to as many of your pages, across all domains, as possible. Most SEOers use MYSQL, however I feel RSS is much easier and just as effective.

I should also say, depending on how many pages you have, you don't need to include each and every page in your RSS "databases". However, you will want to make sure you include the important pages, such as those you want to rank or those that contain links to lots of your other pages.
