When I was here before we downloaded the Wikipedia files in HTML format. I think it was like 800,000 articles or so.

Then they didn't have any updates for a long time. Now they have another HTML dump available that is current as of last year. I haven't downloaded this yet due to some PC issues that need addressing first.
