(total newbie to bombing)

I am extremely interested in taking my sites to the next level with bombs. But I saw somthing that was of particular interest.

On the sample site on Gbomb sales page http://lizardz.com/archives/camping/

The Pheads refresh each time I went to the page or refreshed it.
I WANT THAT!!!!!!

Does Blogbomb and GBomb both generate this content?????

Also where is a good place to find good info on the diferent bomb products before i buy. I have read alot of the forum and it has helped already.
