Here's a basic strategy to expand your IP network and get links to your site/lens.Create a high quality article, something like "50 Health Tips". Put this page on your site or lens.
Next, cut it into as many pieces as you can, mixing and matching tips 1-50, using different tips, number of tips, etc. Each page should use any where from 5-20 tips, with the average page being around 10-12.
Then using as many free resources as you can, post one of them on each free resource.

Also, only use about 50% to point to your main "50 Tips" page or lens.
