I'm starting from scratch, and I'd like to start with a good plan to follow or direction of what's working nowadays.

There's so much info, that honestly don't know what works or what doesn't.

Article marketing, MicroNiche, Authority Niche, Reviews.

Promotion, what are you using? Networks seem to be dropping now? Guest posting? EzineArticles?

What's the real deal and what are the costs?

I'm looking for an scalable plan to be, possible outsourced, and make a real living.

Would appreciate a post with some sort of case study or an ebook recommendation, if possible updated to 2012.

Right now, things are as uncertain in the SEO world as I've ever seen them.

What this means to me is, diversify. Get multiple sites up and use a variety of strategies for each.

I'm focusing more on Youtube/video and social sites like Twitter and Facebook more than ever. With sites like Tiwtter, Facebook (and Pinterest) you can not only get direct traffic from each, they each have SEO benefits.
