It's like Ping.fm or Pixelpipe.com in that it automatically syndicates you content to multiple other sources, but it lets you use email to do it.

I haven't tried it, but the site says you can add Youtube videos, images, etc to your emails and Posterous will add them to your posts, blogs, feeds, etc.

If anyone has tried it or has more info, let us know...
