Anybody has some recommendation for really cheap hosting??
I found some on ebay and webhostingtalk but there might be a chance that someone here already compiled a nice list....

Tophat Bob and I have had this discussin a lot...My own experience (and his too) is a less than 50% success rate, meaning that most of the time we bought hosting, there was something seriously wrong. Either they didn't send log-in info/passwords, the cgi-bin didn't work, couldn't FTP, etc.

Another thought is to find domain name sellers that give you a free "site", which is usually limited to 3-5 pages. This could be a good way to expand the IP range of your linking network.

One company I used with some success has been this one I got my for $10 but it's now $20 per year so that's $1.60 per month.

They are reliable and better than companies I paid much more for. Their customer support is one of the best I have ever experienced from a WH.

This is not an affiliate link but if you fancy this I can see if I can negotiate a discount if we get a few Interested.

As it's shared hosting they won't allow Blogbomb of GFB but you could put blogs and use Tulez?

well after researching my a.. off I found
webhosting talk example (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=893546&highlight=year) and ebay are imo the best resources to find dirt cheap hosting

not only get you different ips but also different nameservers!
even the free hosting solutions are good enough to install a wordpress blog - I wouldnt dare to install some perl related stuff though!
