"Spinning Content for Promotion"
 
Here's a basic strategy to expand your IP network and get links to your site/lens.

Create a high quality article, something like "50 Health Tips". Put this page on your site or lens.

Next, cut it into as many pieces as you can, mixing and matching tips 1-50, using different tips, number of tips, etc. Each page should use any where from 5-20 tips, with the average page being around 10-12.

Then using as many free resources as you can, post one of them on each free resource.

Use the link chart and strategies on this thread to interlink your tips:

Also, only use about 50% to point to your main "50 Tips" page or lens.

And use different long tail keywords for each spun article.

This may seem a bit spammy, but the truth is when someone visits any of your spun articles, they'll get access to real content.
