"Using Google News Bar and API"
 
   Kurt I was wondering if you or any one else within Domb Bombers has been using the Google News Bar and if it would be possible to use with tools like Scrubs and Blogbomb to create unique posts from the API of Googles Alerts.

It looks in principle a great idea but they using something using AJAX and not RSS as far as I understand but are they compatible and if so how?

I really don't know a thing about the API, sorry...

   Don't know if understood the question, but you can grab an RSS pheed for a given keyword phrase from Google News:

e.g. news.google.com/news?um=1&ned=us&hl=en&q=internet marketing&output=rss

Just replace internet marketing with your keyword phrase, with words separated by the sign.

You can then do whatever manipulation you want and use this as a pheed in the usual way.
